Helping the Aging, Needy and Disabled, Inc. (Formerly Services For The Elderly, Inc.)has been providing in-home attendant services to elderly and disabled persons since 1972. We incorporated as a nonprofit agency in 1976 and are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide Personal Assistant services.

In January, 2008 we launched our new name and logo, which describes the full range of quality services we provide not only to senior citizens but also to adults of any age and our new logo conveys the way our “helping hands” – our trained attendants- enable our clients to remain safe and well-cared for in the shelter of their own homes.
